Hi Product Hunt, I'm Dimitri, the maker of LayrPDF.
Watch this 3:11 kitchen PDF-to-CSV showcase: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OaaPhLX--Cw
The demo starts with manual per-sheet scale setup, then works through grouped area measurements, pull counts and review notes. It ends with All Pages totals exported as CSV and opened in LibreOffice Calc. The paint-front and stone measurements in this example are gross areas; the sink opening is not deducted.
For shared drawing review, LayrPDF also supports live markups between the Windows app and a browser. Shared cloud projects require sign-in, internet and access to the project. The Windows app also has region OCR and text replacement. These are separate capabilities from the measurement video.
Solo is US$35/year and includes Windows and browser editing. There is a seven-day editing trial with no credit card.
