I built Launch Map for today specifically, a live map of every Vercel Day launch, pinned by the city it shipped from.
The idea is simple: every maker launching today has a selfish reason to drop their pin (free exposure), and everyone else gets a fun discovery lens on the event - see which cities and countries are shipping the most, click any pin, jump straight to the launch.
Why I made it:
- A map tells a different story.
- City/country rivalry is the most underrated viral fuel on the internet.
- Today only matters *today*. felt right to build something time-boxed.
**What you can do right now:**
1. Pin your launch (takes ~20 seconds, auto-fetches your PH metadata)
2. Share your pin's link! it generates a custom OG card for your city
3. Check the leaderboard and rep your country
