Last Video Labs
Local AI video studio: $0 per video, no subscription
Turn an idea into a finished vertical short on your own NVIDIA GPU: script, neural voiceover, local AI video (Wan 2.2) and auto-montage in one Windows app. Pay once, no subscription, no cloud. Optional RunPod bridge for smaller laptops.
Hi Product Hunt, I'm Stéphane, an indie dev from France.
I built Last Video Labs because I was tired of renting video tools by the month. Everything here runs on your own PC: script, voice, AI video and montage. You pay once and keep it.
A few honest notes:
• It works today, but it is not instant. AI video clips can take minutes on a mid-range GPU like an RTX 3060, and a small config will be slower. Stock-footage mode and the optional RunPod bridge are there for lighter machines.
• Selling it is what lets me keep improving it. I'm funding development on Indiegogo and I want to build the roadmap with the people who use it.
I'd love your feedback: what would make this useful for your own videos? I read and answer every comment.
