If you want to spin up a new environment, your choices have historically been a bit of a compromise. There are some tools that are either old or have features blocked behind a pay wall.
Larabox is free to use with all its features including multiple services, DB Manager, free updates, Task Schedular and auto provisioning of projects that gets dropped in www/.
It serves a particular purpose for people who still uses similar tools so needless to say I am not replacing Linux and docker 😉.

I have been using it for a while its pretty much straight forward and easy to use. It has increased my productivity and development process.
