Langula
Learn 23 languages free in your browser — no signup, no app
Langula is a free language-learning web app that runs entirely in your browser. Pick from 23 languages, work through structured A1–B2 courses with flashcards, and practice speaking with built-in pronunciation feedback — your audio never leaves your device. No account, no subscription, nothing to install. The interface itself comes in 23 languages, including dedicated courses like German for hospitality workers.
Hi Product Hunt 👋
I built Langula because every "free" language app I tried eventually pushed me toward a subscription, an account, or a download before I could really use it. I wanted the opposite: open a tab, pick a language, start learning in under a minute.
So Langula runs 100% in the browser. 23 languages, A1 to B2, with flashcards and a pronunciation check that gives you feedback as you speak — and the audio stays on your device, nothing gets uploaded.
One part I'm especially proud of: alongside the usual languages, there are courses like German for people working in hotels and restaurants, with the interface available in 23 languages so learners can start in their own native language.
It's genuinely free — no paywall waiting at the end. I'd love your honest feedback, especially on the pronunciation feature. Happy to answer anything!
How does the pronunciation feedback actually work if the audio stays on my device — is it running a local model or some clever web audio trick?
How does the pronunciation feedback actually work without sending audio anywhere, is it all running locally on some open source model or something simpler?

Langula was hunted by Thomas Harnisch. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
