I'm excited to share LangChain's AI Email Assistant - a pioneering implementation of ambient agents, where AI systems proactively work alongside you. Unlike traditional assistants you have to call upon, it runs continuously in the background, monitoring your inbox and taking appropriate actions.
It demonstrates the future of human-AI collaboration:

@zac_zuo Since it is designed to work with Gmail currently, could you elaborate on how the system handles data privacy and security of users' emails, and what specific measures are in place to ensure user data is protected?
I mean of all things for it to work with, Gmail is hands own the best - Looking forward to trying this out - The human oversight is a big part for me too, as well as the Calendar management as it can easily become a real pain during a busy week.
