I built this after signing a lease blind and finding out later the house had a code-violation history the city had published for years. The data was public; nobody had put it at the address. What's live: 25 campus markets, 81k public records with sources cited on every one, verified .edu reviews, eviction filings by street and landlord for Columbus, code violations by street and owner for Boston, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Seattle, Syracuse and more.
