Love the demo ! Is it possible that I enter my roadmap and business priority somewhere so the tool can weight and prioritize considering business OKRs? User feedback parsing looks great, TL;DR is awesome. 👌 Is it aggregating multiple similar feedback? Can the tool bring up notification for review based on a customizable criteria ? Are the tickets coming from variety of channels? I have so many questions because I am really interested. I wish I could try this tool but I don't have the appropriate product environment currently. As a PM I spend the bulk of my time collecting, triaging, & analysing customer feedback across multiple channels like support tickets, surveys, interviews and more to generate insights we can take action on. We had this problem in a previous series B/C company. This is especially true when you have SMBs, because you have so many customers and all voice for something, but we didn't have time to go through ProductBoard to tag everything. It is possible, but then when we categorize based on tags, it's already diluted down. Congrats on the launch @adi_patel and team! A few questions: 1. I assume the reason this is special (and not like a copy all user feedback and paste them into ChatGPT, or RAG + LLM) is the app would abstract all of that away AND allow you to connect more variety of data like analytics (quant)? 2. How do you dogfood this product internall right now? 3. Love the fun name and logo - what's the story behind those?
