Hello, ProductHunt community 👋, for the past 5 months, we worked hard to improve and redefine Kyugo, which we see as a breakthrough in the world of task applications. Original Kyugo was all about work-life balance. But we realized one thing. Work-life balance is a lie. 🤯 There's no universal rule to achieve it. Each of us is unique. Traditional time management often feels like a burden, an endless series of checkboxes waiting to be ticked. ☑️☑️☑️ But what if we could perceive time as a superpower? A unique freedom to choose what moments to prioritize? You choose how to live. Kyugo allows you to customize your day to what your life and its tasks mean to you. Visualize your day your way, not be dictated by what your phone tells you to do. Remember, you have the power to define what a task is. 🧘‍♂️ We believe in transforming your daily routine from a checklist of tasks to a visual masterpiece. Time is your canvas, not a burden, and Kyugo gives you the superpower to define it on your terms. 🚀 Kyugo is not just a calendar app; it's a revolutionary approach to reclaiming your time, where each moment becomes a brushstroke on your personal canvas of life. 🧑‍🎨 Embrace the fluidity of your day. Define tasks, events, and priorities in a way that suits your unique lifestyle. Plan, adapt, and visualize your time that resonates with your work and life balance. Welcome to a world where guilt is replaced by choice, and your day is a work of art in progress. Kyugo was born – a more visual and intuitive way to plan your day. ❤️ What's new in this version: ✅ Apple Calendar integration ✅ Android version ✅ Rename your layers to whatever you care about currently in life ✅ Set fixed daily blocks or don't have any fixed times per layer separately ✅ All-day events ✅ Improved UX ✅ Performance upgrade

Hey, awesome product but it always stays on the splash screen for me (Android). Is there something to be done? I'd really love to use the app!

The transformation of Kyugo into a tool that empowers users to redefine their relationship with time is intriguing. The idea of perceiving time as a superpower and visualizing it as a personal canvas is truly revolutionary. I'm curious – with the introduction of features like Apple Calendar integration and Android version, how have users responded to the new Kyugo experience, and have there been any standout use-cases that showcase the impact on their daily routines?

Dang...your branding and UI is insane. I'm a sucker for aesthetic things and this was spot-on. I love everything about it!!

Big fan of anything that re-thinks the calendar interface... very cool concept! Interestingly, I'm less excited about Kyugo as a planning tool—probably because I feel that planning is tedious, this visualization doesn't seem conducive to easy planning, and it's a pretty high cognitive load to learn a new interface/framework for calendar planning. That being said, I'm VERY excited about it as a time management/tracking tool and wonder which direction you'll lean into. I have a lot of projects going on at both work and in life, and this seems like a good visualization to get a sense for the time I'm spending in different areas of my life (which seem to be limited to Work, Life, and Meet right now?). The visualization is actually very data-rich when you use it for time-blocking. For example in the monthly calendar view: besides telling where I spend the bulk of my time, I can even tell things like when I get started in the morning, how late I usually work, what my most "active" work hours are, what days I tend to be less productive, etc. It'd be cool if I could track these things across whatever projects or categories I want! Anyway, really love this creative solution to calendaring—definitely think the concept has its superpowers and kryptonites that suit it to certain use cases, and I'm excited to see where y'all take it!

Congratulations on the launch. Okay, I've planned and visualized my day. What about conclusions? Are the conclusions for me, or does the app provide recommendations?

Great design! Android app loads a bit slow; tutorials had glitches. Kudos for considering left-handed users. Excited for upcoming features. Congrats, @tom_gracy on the launch!

Your tool seems great for frontend UX! I'm content with Fantastical for planning, but could I use your clock-UI to display my calendars without switching planning tools?

Oh wow, this view induced stress in me automatically just from seeing how a full schedule could show up. This would be great to incentivize reduced meetings! Ever thought of marketing it to change management companies and consultancies? (Asking as I've had one) Have a great launch!

Such a cool way to look at calendars! It really puts things into perspective when it comes to how long certain things take in our calendars!

The app looks very nice and seems intuitive to use. However, on Android, I was not able to get through the tutorial, as it was somehow buggy. When it said, "Swipe to see the afternoon," I tried swiping in each and every direction, and nothing happened, so I had to skip the tutorial. Also, I would like to split my time up into more than three sections - do you plan to allow more than three in the future? Congrats on your launch and on this idea, I really like it! ✨

@tom_garcy the redesign is fantastic! The idea of transforming time into a superpower and visualizing the day as a personal canvas is truly innovative. The flexibility to define tasks, events, and priorities in a way that suits my unique lifestyle is a game-changer. Excited about the Apple Calendar integration and the Android version!
