I wanted Kysero to show its work: use the equipment and schedule you actually have, select only from a reviewed exercise catalog, surface conflicts, and keep every detail editable. The builder is free and works without an account. I'd especially value feedback from trainers and people who currently plan workouts in spreadsheets or notes: where does the generated week save time, and where does it still need more control?
