Kyrifix Practice is an iPhone and Apple Watch app for lucid dream practice. Private wrist cues can wake you without a loud alarm, helping you stay still, preserve dream recall, and attempt to re-enter the dream. After each attempt, record what happened and review your practice history on iPhone. It is designed for both beginners building a routine and experienced lucid dreamers seeking more consistent practice.
I built Kyrifix Practice because ordinary alarms can pull lucid dreamers fully awake and make dream recall disappear. The Apple Watch cue is designed to be private and gentle, so you can stay still, remember the dream, and try to re-enter it. The iPhone app then lets you record each attempt and see your practice history. I’d especially value feedback on the wrist-cue workflow and what information would make post-session review more useful.
