The Story of Flask
My product dev agency, Agencidev got tired of us moving between Notion (for our SOP Library), ClickUp (for task and project management), Google Sheets (for finances and calendars), and Attio (for our CRM). One day, we decided to just build our own thing instead of bouncing between these 4 apps every day.
In just 2 days, we (and Claude Code) had spun up an MVP of this based on a single Figma frame reference. It was buggy and didn't do much, but it was something to start with. 20 days later, we built Kyo into its beta ready v1. No budget, No investors.
Thanks to our Agencidev clients who we somehow convinced to use Kyo during beta (who endured so many product changes), we realised what works and what doesn't, scrapped stupid design decisions, and realised what people truly value.
A tool that can run agencies.
This is just the beginning. The goal is to build the fastest, most beautiful, most joyful agency companyOS in the world.
We'll be adding new features every single week, and going through every piece of feedback we get.
