The reason that makes it better than other apps is that it lets you trade exercise for phone time instead of just locking your apps until the next day like similar apps you just end up deleting.
I built this app because I was spending too much time on apps like instagram and TikTok. I have so many goals and the moment the phone is in my hand I just keep scrolling until it’s too late to work. A lot of people lose their life to distractions and our phones are the biggest distractors in the world. It does what it promises and just let’s you make a simple trade.
