Six months ago I missed a churn spike that cost me thousands. I found out on a Friday. It had been building for three weeks.
The problem wasn't that I didn't care about my metrics it was that every tool I used required me to go look. Stripe, GA4, spreadsheets. All passive. None of them watching when I wasn't.
So I built KPILIO. It applies the same logic as infrastructure monitoring (think Datadog) to business metrics. It calculates what "normal" looks like for each KPI, detects deviations the moment they happen, and sends you a plain-English alert.
