Hi Product Hunt! I built Kotoba Forest after seeing how easy it is to start learning Japanese—and how hard it is to keep reviewing vocabulary after the first week. I wanted every review to leave something visible behind.
In Kotoba Forest, words become seeds. You begin with a 20-question diagnostic, choose a JLPT goal, then use spaced repetition to plant and water a personal forest. The app covers 10,000 JLPT N5–N1 words, with native audio, mock exams, weakness drills, and animal mini-games. It supports seven interface languages on iOS and Android.
