Korl uses AI to help CS and account teams surface unrealized product value to each customer. It turns data from tools like Jira, Docs, Figma, and Salesforce into tailored, customer-ready presentations and messages for roadmap, QBR, and renewal conversations.
🚀 Hey Product Hunt! I'm Berit, co-founder of Korl 👋
We built Korl because we kept hearing the same frustrations from customer-facing teams: 🔴 “Product teams are too focused on features and function, not enough on value.” 🔴 “The gap is in the relevancy of the communication.” 🔴 “How do I focus on the 2 or 3 things that matter to this customer – without spending hours customizing the slides?”
As product builders ourselves, this pained us! At prior roles – even at a sophisticated company like Google – it was always a difficult, manual process translating siloed data into consumable, high-impact presentations for QBRs, roadmap updates, and renewals.
When slides did exist, they were generic, easy for customers to ignore, and quickly out of date.
The difficult reality is most customers never actually realize your product’s full value, leading to avoidable churn and missed growth opportunities.
Korl uses AI to change that. Our purpose-built agents learn from your data in tools like Jira, Salesforce, Docs, and Figma. Leveraging that deep product and customer context, Korl generates tailored, customer-ready content instantly for roadmap, QBR, and renewal conversations.
A few things we’re especially excited about: ✅ Personalized presentations and talk tracks – generated in seconds with ✨ AI ✅ Per-customer feature recommendations tied to each account’s goals ✅ Proactive delivery via the tools you already use (slides, email, Slack)
Korl empowers CS and Account teams to tie their product’s capabilities to real customer value at scale – so you treat every customer as your most strategic.
We’d love your thoughts, feedback, and questions. Thanks for checking us out and supporting the launch! 🙏

💬 Drop us a comment if: • You’ve felt the pain of creating these presentations manually • You want to try Korl for your team • Or just want to say hi, we’re here all day!
It looks really solid. I meet with alot of founders that share similar frustration. We're doing alot of conferences recently and it's a pain to get updates announced and incorporated in to a set of actual values while being on the road.
This is awesome. I've definitely struggled in the past to pull together clear, value-focused updates for QBRs and renewals... digging through Jira, slides, random docs... it’s a mess. Love that Korl is solving this with AI. Huge time-saver and super useful for CS and AM teams. Excited to try it out!
Congrats @Berit and team! 🎉 I’ve felt that “translate siloed data into meaningful, per‑customer stories” pain firsthand leading product at multiple organizations I have worked. Korl’s agent‑driven decks look like a huge time‑saver for CS / AM teams—and a nudge for product to keep the value narrative front‑and‑center.
I’m tackling the same root problem from the product‑ops side with Oppla (https://oppla.ai)—an Agentic AI for Product Teams as a copilot that turns live usage signals into the next‑best build decision. Would love to swap notes on data models, agent design, or just cheer each other on. Great launch! 🚀
upvoted! really like how it turns all that scattered product + customer data into presentations. super helpful for CS teams. love that it handles the visualization part - way faster than opening Jupyter and fiddling with seaborn just to make a simple chart. great idea!
@berit_hoffmann Huge congrats on the launch! 🎉 Love the concept of turning existing data into actionable customer insights. Wishing the Korl team the best of luck on Product Hunt and beyond!
Back when I was in Engineering at Google Maps, an Account Manager came to me desperate. He needed one small feature for a massive deal – telling drivers how long it would actually take to reach customers in huge, complex buildings. Security, labyrinthine corridors, 30+ extra minutes. It was the deal clincher.
My response? A polite "no."
Why???
Because we had already launched that feature SIX MONTHS AGO.
Talk about value lost in translation. 🤦♂️
Product built, problems solved, but the message never made it to the front lines, much less the customer.
How much prompting or editing does it typically take to get the content to be accurate?
Congrats on the launch, Berit and team!
Korl feels like a game-changer. 🚀
Great use case! I'm not creating these decks myself, so it's not my personal pain, but, as a marketer, I can clearly see the value for sales and customer success teams.
@ryanbrownlow This is super helpful for marketers like me
Incredible work, Berit and team!
Korl hits a major gap I’ve seen firsthand—CS and product teams often struggle to tailor communication at scale. The ability to turn raw data from tools like Jira, Salesforce, and Figma into customer-ready, value-driven presentations is a game-changer.
This is 🔥 @berit_hoffmann . Turning messy data into value-driven decks is a nightmare. Korl looks like a real unlock for CS teams. Congrats on the launch!
