KONTUR (kohn-toor) is a terminal-native workstation where two engineers jointly supervise a fleet of coding agents on the same codebase. One hosts the agents, one joins to co-sign; both review. Every change an agent makes is gated behind two independent human approvals before it can merge, and the whole session leaves a signed, tamper-evident audit trail.
I started this project after a few weeks of thinking about how pair programming has gone all weird now we're doing agentic development.
It's fine where teams are still hybrid. But in pure agentic work, driver/navigator doesn't hold — the agent is the driver, the human is the navigator, and there's nobody else to sign off the work or share responsibility for it.
So I've been prototyping a console that lets two remote operators supervise a fleet of agents together and approve diffs as they come. Each chunk for review is the smallest single concern — might span one file or several, but small enough to hold in your head at once. Nothing merges until two humans have approved it, with the audit trail written into the commit history.

the dual-approval gate before anything merges is such a thoughtful guardrail, especially with multiple agents in play. love that it lives in the terminal too, no extra window juggling.
Tried it with a coworker on a gnarly refactor and the dual approval step actually caught a sketchy migration I would have rubber-stamped alone. The signed audit trail is a nice touch for keeping both of us honest.
