One thing I feel particularly strongly about is widget branding.
I’ve always found it strange that many chat tools effectively turn your website into an ad for their product unless you pay for one of the highest plans.
With Knok, branding only appears during the trial and disappears as soon as you add a payment method — even before the trial ends.
