Makers need a way for visitors to reach them, and to reply without opening another dashboard. Paste one script tag and a chat bubble appears on any site, or publish a contact page for your bio. Visitors start typing with no account needed. Messages go to Telegram. Quote-reply and it appears on their screen, and the thread stays in your inbox. If you're away, they leave an email. An AI agent answers from your docs and hands off to you when it matters. Free, no credit card, live in minutes.

Hey Product Hunt! 👋

We’re excited to launch Knocket today.

We built Knocket because early-stage founders and small teams often don’t need another complicated customer support platform. They simply need an easy way for visitors to reach them — and a fast way to reply.

With Knocket, you can add live chat to your website, app, or even use a standalone contact page. When someone sends you a message, you can receive it in Telegram and reply directly from there. Your response goes straight back to the visitor, while the conversation remains organized in your Knocket inbox.

Knocket is Forever free to get started, requires no credit card, and takes only a few minutes to set up.

We’d love for you to give it a try and tell us what you think — especially what you’d like us to improve next.

Thanks for checking out Knocket! 💙

Comment highlights

Nice that Knocket lets me drop a chat link right on the site so visitors can reach a real person without leaving the page.

Nice and simple. Is WhatsApp on the roadmap too? Most of my event clients live on WhatsApp, not Telegram.

Any plans for saved replies? I answer the same setup questions all the time.

Replying from Telegram instead of yet another dashboard is the right call for a solo maker. I'd actually answer there. Question about the AI agent: when it hands a chat off to me, does the visitor see that a human took over, or does it stay one continuous voice? We answer support with AI drafts too, and that handoff moment is where people get confused.

Can I share screen during a chat? is the main interface the connectors like telegram... or your interface ?

The chat widget looks simple to add and visitors can message without signing up which is useful for websites

Nice approach to creating chats for customers; Does the AI agent answer first and hand off when it’s stuck, or does it wait a few minutes for a human?

Quote-reply from Telegram straight onto the visitor's screen is a neat way to skip yet another dashboard. How does the AI agent decide it is time to hand off: the visitor asking for a person, low confidence in the docs, or a rule I set? And does the visitor see the moment a human takes over? On our own site, that is the moment people care about most.

A chat bubble plus a contact page covers two useful ways to reach a maker. Can you customize the lock of the chat bubble to match your website?

Who hunted Knocket?

Knocket was hunted by Zac Zuo. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
