This started with a pattern we kept seeing: business owners of small and mid-sized companies signing contracts they didn't fully understand, because a lawyer was too slow, too expensive, or just not there when the contract landed on their desk. So they'd sign and hope. Or pay hundreds for a review of something routine.
The tools out there didn't help. Enterprise CLM platforms are built for big legal departments. Generic AI just summarizes, and it won't tell you if you should actually sign.
