I've been building Klooset on evenings and weekends, next to my day job in marketing. The idea came from something that annoys me every time I shop for clothes online. I find a jacket I like, I have no clue how it'll actually look on me, I'm stuck between an M and an L, and I end up ordering both and sending one back. At work I see the same hesitation in the numbers all the time, people who clearly want the product and still leave. Klooset is my attempt at fixing that. It's a stylist you chat with right on the product page. You can see the piece on you, ask which size to take, check if the color works for you, or ask what to wear it with. It's early and some things will break, and I'd rather hear about it now than in six months. If you run a fashion store (or just return way too many orders), tell me what feels useful and what feels like a gimmick. Early supporters get 20% off for life if they want to try it on their store.
