Hi Product Hunt — I’m Mehdi, the maker of KitLog.
Equipment spreadsheets become hard to trust when laptops change hands, contractors finish or someone leaves the company. KitLog focuses on those handovers: who has each item, the condition it was issued in and what needs to come back.
You can import an existing spreadsheet, assign kit without making every employee create an account, and use return checklists and scheduled reminders when someone leaves. Both plans include all features and unlimited users; the difference is the asset limit.
This is equipment custody and return tracking, rather than device management or warehouse stock control.
I’d welcome feedback from people managing equipment for small teams: where does your current process break down, and what would make the return record easier to trust?

Who hunted KitLog?
KitLog was hunted by mehdi singer. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
