Every evening I'd stand in front of a full fridge and think "I have no idea what to cook." Food went bad, I ordered out, and I'd buy the same thing twice. Recipe apps didn't help. They assume you'll shop for their ingredients.
KitchBot flips that. It starts from what you already have:
📸 Scan a grocery receipt and your pantry stocks itself. It even learns your store's cryptic labels and saves them as names you'd actually use.
🧑🍳 Ask your Sous Chef "what can I make tonight?" and it plans around your pantry, not a store.
🗓️ A full week's plan (adjustable), plus a shopping list for only the gaps.
🍳 Cook, and it deducts what you used, so the pantry stays accurate.
👥 Share one pantry across your household (with a who-cooked-what feed), also get portions sized to your body profile.
One thing I really care about: it never makes up numbers. If it can't estimate nutrition honestly, it says so instead of guessing.
