Most workout apps assume nothing hurts. Kingtide logs every set like any tracker, and when you mark what's sore on a body map it rebuilds the session around it: swaps what aggravates, keeps the rest, and tells you why. Import your Strong or Hevy routine, photograph your physio's exercise sheet and it goes into your week. No account, and your pain notes stay on your phone.
Hey Product Hunt! I strained my quad in June, and every time my physio gave me new exercises I had to rework my whole routine by hand, then rework it again when something flared up. No tracker handled that, so I built one that does.
Kingtide is a normal workout tracker until something hurts. Mark it on the body map and it swaps the lifts that aggravate it, keeps the rest, and tells you why. Photograph your physio's sheet and those exercises go into your week. When the area settles, it walks you back up to full load.
By late September I'd run the longest run of my life and been cleared to surf again, using it the whole way. 14 workouts are free, no account needed.
I'd love feedback from anyone lifting around a bad knee, back or shoulder. What would make this more useful for you?

Kingtide was hunted by Kayiita Johansson. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
