As I kept reading research on gratitude, that expressing appreciation to specific people reduces inflammation, lowers anxiety, and strengthens relationships, I was looking for something that I could share with patients. I noticed a gap. Most gratitude apps were a private journal. Write three things you're grateful for. Done. But the science says directed gratitude, actually telling someone they matter, is far powerful than writing it in a notebook .
So I built Kindrille (it means "stream of kindness"). You send a short, personalised appreciation message to those who matter in your life. The app gives you daily prompts, tracks your streak, and nudges you when you're about to break it. There are also appreciation tokens, connection games you play with friends and family, and a badge system to keep the habit going.
The whole thing is positioned in Health & Fitness, not Social, because the evidence is strong enough to justify it.
