I made this touch controlled soccer game because virtual joysticks in mobile games suck, I LOVE football (soccer) and want to see it done right on mobile. The touch screen is a fantastic interface the games industry has completely whiffed at utilizing after their initial embrace back in the Angry Birds era. Kickabout is my shot at establishing a new TOUCH-FIRST control paradigm for soccer on mobile, with the miniaturized presentation and gameplay of table football.
