the WhatsApp angle is smart for adoption since that's where these shop owners already live, but invoice and payment details are sensitive. is that channel end to end encrypted on your side too, or is WhatsApp just the front door and the actual data handling happens somewhere more locked down
The WhatsApp integration for asking about invoices and reports is genuinely clever. Most billing apps force you to log in somewhere just to check a payment status, so letting shop owners just ping a chat feels like it actually understands how these businesses run day to day.
