I made it because modern life felt like a slow opt-out. Bad sleep, junk food, no movement. I wanted the opposite to feel like joining something.

The Pono score is a nice touch, way more meaningful than just counting steps. Liked how the guardian spirit nudges without being annoying, feels like an actual check-in rather than a notification.
