I built Kelsira because I kept seeing the same problem: one angry customer having a bad day can tank a store's rating just as much as a real, recurring failure — and existing review tools either protect businesses from unfair reviews, or pressure them to fix real problems. Never both.
So the AI reads what a review actually says — not just the star — and scores product, service, and delivery separately based on the facts. A single unfair review gets weighted fairly. But if the same real issue keeps showing up across reviews and nothing changes, new reviews mentioning it get penalized until it's fixed.
Nothing is ever hidden, edited, or deleted — every score is explainable.
