A couple of months ago before I started building, I noticed a lot of the save it later apps were like line by line entries on a list, or didn't have a decent UI or visual aspect. So I built KeepSpot. It saves links, photos, social posts, files, videos, and more. It can extract clean articles and recipes without all the ads and clutter, add voice notes, search across the stuff you've kept, and it's available offline.
Backstory of the why:
Some nights instead of a book, me and my son watch cooking videos on Instagram, Facebook, wherever. I'd save recipes we wanted for later, but it was hard to remember which app. Instagram? Facebook? Youtube? Also there isn't a great way to search inside all those saved posts on the specific platform.
Then there's a Toyota zero point calibration/reset procedure I've needed more than once (amazing what a paperclip can do). The instructions were buried in a forum full of ads, so I took a screenshot. When I needed it again I couldn't find the screenshot.
