We built this because every fast-growing team we talked to had the same problem: decisions get made in a meeting, written down somewhere, and three months later nobody can find them, or worse, two docs contradict each other and nobody notices until it costs something.
Most knowledge tools just store what you give them. KB2B actually reasons over it, every fact gets a confidence score, contradictions get flagged automatically, and our agent Scout answers questions with real citations, not guesses.
