As a seasonal trekker, I found fitness apps offered fixed templates that ignored my recovery and felt unrewarding.
Kartayu began as three pillars: Āhāra (nourishment), Kriyā (movement) and Nidrā (recovery). We launched with Kriyā. When our designer Parikshith started his fitness journey with it, we saw every level has questions, like where to start. A personalised, private AI coach now answers them.
Training adapts to Apple Health data, and trained muscles level up on a body map.
