Hi, I’m Christopher, the developer of KarmaDisk. I built it around a problem that’s easy to put off: old photos spread across folders, and a Mac that’s running out of room.
The guided photo workflow lets you inspect a group of pictures, bring them into a Photos album, and review the original files after the copies have been checked. You can also compress supported images losslessly, explore disk usage with a circular map or treemap, and find duplicates.
Verification and removal are separate steps: you approve the changes. Savings depend on the files, and some Photos-only information does not transfer. The walkthrough explains these limits with screenshots: https://www.karmadisk.eu/how-pho...
