As an indie developer who values minimalism and efficient workflows, I’ve always felt that modern project management tools have become bloated, slow, and overly intrusive. I wanted a space to organize my ideas, trips, and client work that felt as clean and immediate as a physical whiteboard, but with the power of iOS.
That’s why I built KanGoBan. It’s a native, fast, and elegant Kanban board designed from the ground up for iPhone and iPad. No flashing notifications trying to hook your attention, no forced user accounts, and no complex corporate frameworks—just your projects, your columns, and your flow.
Since privacy and independence are core pillars at Takatoke Factory, the app syncs seamlessly across your Apple devices using your own iCloud account. Your data remains entirely yours. To keep it robust for power users, I’ve integrated global search, quick filters, beautiful board analytics to visualize your progress, and native JSON import/export options so you are never locked into a single ecosystem.
It is also fully localized in English, Spanish, and Chinese, making it a great companion for personal goals, study planning, or professional execution.
