I built Kanban Pesquisa while working on a long, complicated research project. I spent almost as much time managing tools as doing research: deadlines in one app, papers in a reference manager, documents in Drive, supervision notes somewhere else. Nothing worked well together.
So I made one place for all of it:
• Research stages on a board, from proposal to defense, with deadlines, checklists and dependencies
• Your supervisor in the project, commenting on tasks, with access set per project (admin, member or read-only)
• References by DOI, with citations ready to copy in APA, Chicago, ABNT, AMA and Vancouver
• Meeting minutes and decisions linked to the work, plus a simple project budget
