Hey Product Hunt! I’m Jakub, a software developer and Japanese learner.
I built Kaname to make grammar practice feel manageable and help learners get comfortable using patterns in real sentences.
It tracks four skills separately: recognizing a pattern, filling in a gap, telling similar patterns apart, and writing your own sentence. Reviews focus on where you need more practice. For example, if you recognize a pattern but confuse it with another one, you’ll get more comparison exercises.
Kaname covers JLPT N5–N1, and core study works offline. All N5 content is free. Higher levels are one-time purchases; optional AI sentence analysis has a separate subscription.
