Building Kaily.ai has been an exciting journey, but the capability I’m most proud of is our Workflows engine. Its flexibility and level of customization unlock a wide range of automation possibilities, and seeing how teams adapt it to their operational needs has been truly insightful.

Been burned by dumb chatbots. The fact it can take actions and update CRM is what I’m after. WhatsApp + email + voice in one is nice. If the human handoff’s smooth, I’m in. Gonna poke the templates later today.
The main question is about how AI gets the right data (and understands it's right)? It's just magic if can do it with a few MCP connected without predefined flows.
