Kage is a free design inspiration library built for the way people build now. We capture real product websites, every day, as full-page screenshots, then an AI analyses each one and writes a ready-to-paste prompt for Claude Code, Codex or Cursor. Browse by page type, style, industry, colour or stack, dig into components sliced from real pages, and copy the prompt plus reference images straight into your agent. No accounts, no cookies, no paywall. See it, prompt it, build it.
Hey everyone,
I built Kage because every time I asked a coding agent for "a nice landing page" I got the same purple gradient and four cards. The fix was never a better model, it was better references. So Kage screenshots real product sites, slices them into components, and writes a prompt that describes exactly what makes each one work: type scale, spacing, colour, the lot. Copy the prompt, paste it into Claude Code or Cursor, and the agent builds from something real instead of its defaults.
It's excellent for prototyping and adapting from beautiful design inspiration.
Everything is free and there are no accounts. Two things I'd love your take on:
1. Which sites should be in there that aren't? There's a submit box on the homepage, or drop them here.
2. Are the prompts actually good when you use them? I've tuned them on my own projects, but I want to hear where they fall short.
Happy to answer anything about how the capture pipeline works too.

Who hunted Kage?
Kage was hunted by Chris Gregori. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
