Free JWT decoder that runs 100% in your browser. Paste a token and instantly inspect the color-coded header, payload, and signature. Human-readable timestamps for exp, iat, and nbf, plus live expiration status and a standard claims reference.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I built JWT Decoder & Inspector because debugging auth usually means pasting real tokens into online tools and those tokens often include session data, emails, roles, and org IDs.
This one runs 100% client-side. Decode and inspect header, payload, and signature without uploading anything.
What it does:
Color-coded header / payload / signature
Human-readable exp, iat, nbf timestamps
Live expired vs valid status
Claims reference + one-click copy
Strips Bearer automatically
Works offline after the page loads
It intentionally does not verify signatures — that would mean pasting your signing secret or public key into a web tool. Decode and inspect here; verify on your server.

Would love feedback from anyone who lives in auth / API debugging.
