Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I built Just Paste Your Playlist to solve a tiny but constant annoyance: I'm on Spotify, my friends are on Apple Music or just use YouTube — and sharing a playlist across all of that is a pain. Everyone can open YouTube for free, so why not make that the common ground?
How it works: paste a Spotify or Apple Music playlist link → it finds every track on YouTube → you get one shareable YouTube playlist. That's the whole flow. No login, no app install.
A few things I'm proud of:
- 🔑 Zero API keys. No Spotify developer account, no YouTube quota. It just works.
- 💸 Free & runs at ~$0 — nothing to monetize, nothing to upsell.
- 🧑💻 Fully open source (MIT). Code's on GitHub and I'd love contributions — there's a roadmap in the README (Tidal, SoundCloud, better matching, and more).
It's an early v1, so YouTube matching isn't perfect on every track yet — I'd genuinely love your feedback on what to improve next. What platform should I add first?
