I have lost two 2 friends in a way that I don't wish anyone to go.
So many people need pain to trigger themself to change course. Eating healthier after a first heart attack, going to gym after a breakup, etc.
We live in a world filled with depression, burnout, addiction. And only when we are in that situation, only then we are willing to change.
This app will change so many things. If your daily habits, your daily routine is about competing with friends to read books, do push-ups, become a better you. All those things that are draining your energy every day will become less and less.
I want everyone to be happier. The older we get, the more important moving becomes.
