Hey hunters! I kept wanting to share snippets of JSON and chat exports as something nicer than a raw code block. JSON2Card auto-detects the format — ChatGPT, Claude, Slack, Discord exports or any JSON — and turns it into a clean, shareable card image. There's a web UI for quick one-offs, a CLI for batches, and a REST API to plug into your own tools. Open source — feedback welcome!
Finally tried this on a messy chat export and the auto-detect nailed the format on the first try. The CLI flag for batches saved me from writing yet another script.
How does it handle really nested or messy JSON, does it gracefully truncate or just blow up the card layout
Curious how it actually handles messy exports, like a Slack thread with mixed attachments and code blocks, does the auto-detect still pull the right structure or does it need a schema hint to look clean?
Would love a way to choose a color theme or tweak the typography before exporting, since the default look is nice but sometimes I want it to match my blog or slide deck without editing the image afterwards.
