Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I built JoyCRM around a simple observation: managing customers often means juggling phone contacts, call logs, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, notes, and reminders. Important context gets scattered, and follow-ups can easily slip through the cracks. I wanted to build something simpler: a CRM that lives where the work actually happens — on your phone. With JoyCRM, you can build a complete picture of every lead through call records, notes, meetings, attachments, and activity history. When a customer calls, you can understand the context of your previous interactions and know what needs to happen next. We’ve also focused on making everyday sales workflows easier with features like auto-dialing, call activity tracking, follow-up reminders, and assistive messaging through apps like WhatsApp and SMS. The goal is to spend less time managing tools and more time building relationships. Another core principle is local data ownership. JoyCRM keeps your CRM records on your device, giving you more control over your customer information. Building this meant rethinking what a CRM should feel like on a phone. Instead of squeezing a complex desktop CRM onto a smaller screen, we focused on practical, phone-native workflows that help independent salespeople, real-estate agents, consultants, and small-business owners stay organized. We're launching on Product Hunt to share what we've built, learn from the community, and make JoyCRM better. I'd love to hear your feedback: What would make a mobile CRM genuinely useful in your daily work?
