I've been learning Japanese for a while, and every time I found something new, it was fiddly to photograph it, get a dictionary entry and the pronunciation, and maybe save it to revisit later or export to Anki.
So I wrote my own app, focused entirely on speed: from launch to capture, OCR, saving and exporting to Anki.
