Hi Product Hunt 👋 I built Journex because every trading journal I tried ignored the reality of being a prop-firm trader. You pay challenge fees, juggle several accounts across different firms, hit a payout here, fail a challenge there — and you genuinely have no idea if you're actually net positive once the fees are counted. So Journex does two things together: • Journals your trades with real analytics — P&L, win rate, R-multiple, expectancy, an equity curve, a P&L calendar, and a 0–100 Trade Score that grades how well you executed each trade (not just whether it won). • Tracks your prop firms — every fee in, every payout out, per account and phase, so you can finally see your true net as a funded trader. You can import trades via CSV or MT4/MT5 report, or add them manually. It's $12/month (paid in USDT), with the first 3 days free and no card required. It's a journal — it doesn't place trades or connect to your broker automatically — but it's the first one I've used that treats prop-firm costs as first-class data. I'd genuinely love your feedback, especially from other prop-firm traders. What would make this a no-brainer for you? I'll be here all day. 🙏

Comment highlights

The 0-100 Trade Score is the part I'd dig into. If it's mostly P&L outcome + R-multiple, it ends up just tagging winners as good trades and losers as bad ones. The version that actually changes trader behavior grades execution against the trader's own plan: did you size per your rules, exit at your predefined level, take only setups from your playbook. That separates "I made money but broke rules" trades from "I lost but executed correctly" ones, which is the real signal a journal can surface that a brokerage statement can't.

For the no-brainer question: confidence intervals on the stats. A 65% win rate over 100 trades has roughly an ±8 point CI at 95%, which is the difference between "I have edge" and "I'm in a favorable streak." Showing that explicitly would help traders not over-trust early metrics.
