I really appreciate the simple, elegant UI. I take photos and videos of my kid and husband every day and it's so tedious (and unappealing) to put them in folders. Also makes showing people the latest snaps from our family outing awkward and cumbersome. Congrats on the launch!

I had initially started using Retro because I wanted to basically have it be a journal for all the photos related to a specific side project. I ended up just loving the core promise of Retro and using it more or less as intended. I've got a personal photo journal with all of my highlights from the year that I picked myself.
BUT, now I'll keep a photo journal for my side project and... maybe home renovation stuff, a yearly friends trip... I'm so pumped. I just like that I've got a place where I don't have to worry about appearances and editing photos before I collect them. Thanks for the launch!!
