Journal.IO
Journal daily. See what you keep circling back to.
A calm journaling app that turns what you write into patterns you can see. Ask Jade about your own history, watch themes build on the Mind Map based on neuroscience, and track habits!
Hey there people,
I have been lately journaling for a while, although I have journaled for about an year now, I still find it hard to notice my patterns and triggers! I had to go through each page again and agian to notice any patterns, triggers and how they are connecting. Not gonna lie this was a tedious task!
So built this app out that helps genuine fellow journalers notice their patterns and triggers!
Also I have always been interested in how my thoughts triggers diffrent regions of the brain and how they connect! so I have also added a neat feature called 'mind map' that helps and scores your diffrent brain regions on how they are responding from analysing your journal entries while keeping sure that all your entries are safe and encrypted!
Do give it a try and let me know!
