Jotlee started with a problem we experienced ourselves: job hunting is exhausting, and the tools are scattered everywhere. You might have a great resume, but then you’re left wondering, Is it ATS-friendly? Is my application good enough? How do I actually prepare for the interview?
We initially set out to build a simple AI career toolkit. But while building and talking to job seekers, we realized something bigger: getting hired isn’t just about creating a resume, it’s about being prepared for the entire journey.
That changed how we approached Jotlee.
We evolved from a collection of career tools into an AI-powered career preparation platform, with realistic interview practice at the heart of it. The goal became simple: help people move from “I hope I’m ready” to “I know I’m ready.”
We’re still building, learning, and improving Jotlee with every piece of feedback.
