I'm one of the co-founders of Jobreach.
We started building this after my co-founder spent four months on the market last year. 214 applications, nine replies, seven of which were rejections written by software. These were roles he could do. The problem was never the applications. It was that nobody read them.
That is the part of hiring that is quietly broken. You spend an hour tailoring something, it goes into an ATS, it gets keyword scored, and the one person who would have recognised your work never sees it. Meanwhile that same hiring manager is staring at a thin pipeline wondering where the good candidates went. Both sides of the table are losing and neither can see the other.
Jobreach puts you in front of that person. Paste any job link and it does three things:
Scores the role against your resume, honestly, including the parts where you fall short. If it is a bad fit we tell you so you can skip it and get your week back.
Finds the hiring manager and their verified work email, not a careers@ address.
Drafts a note in your voice that pulls the one thing from your background that maps to the role, so it reads like you wrote it on a good day.
It sends from your own Gmail. This is not a mass mail tool and we have built it so it cannot become one.
On the question we expect to get: we surface work contact details from public and licensed business sources, the same way any B2B sales tool does. Sending happens from your account, under your name, one message at a time. We think that is a fair thing to ask about and we are happy to go deeper in the thread.
