I built Job Application Automation after spending far too much time repeating the same steps for every job application.
The goal wasn't to fully automate applying for jobs. It was to automate the repetitive work while keeping the important decisions in human hands.
The project can:
• Capture job descriptions from supported job boards
• Generate AI prompts for CV tailoring
• Optionally tailor CVs with OpenAI
• Generate PDF resumes
• Validate CVs against job requirements
It's completely open source under the MIT license, and I hope it saves other job seekers a lot of time.
